LAI LIP YIN, ALEXANDER
Associate Trainer
Alex Lai has more than 30 years’ experience in operation, marketing, sales and consulting areas in multinational companies covering HR consulting, energy, food, and retailing industries.
His specialities lie in talent management, coaching and counselling, performance management, change and conflict management, hands-on mediation, strategy and execution, and especially in leadership development.
INDUSTRIAL HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
Alex brings with him an extensive background in sales, marketing and operations working in Fortune 500 companies in retailing, energy, and food industries.
Utilizing his experience with various processess and tools, he successfully established himself as an expert in the area of human and business performance for those companies he worked for.
COACHING WITH A GLOBAL VIEW
In his consulting delivery capacity for the last 15 years, he has customized & delivered many workshops with multiple nationalities across the globe. He had helped transfer knowledge on Performance Consulting for an MNC across the globe for all HR partners in a workshop.
With his expert knowledge in cultural sensitivity. Alex has travelled to the Middle East such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman and Bahrain to deliver workshops exclusively for a global Fortune 500 MNC client.
He had done hands-on mediation work for conflict resolution between two venture partners. In addition, Alex has coached and certified coaches from companies such as Nestle and BAT to be equipped with coaching and interviewing skills for senior leadership engagement.
