COURSES & WORKSHOPS

To ensure all Futurasia participants get the individual attention and resources they need to succeed, class sizes are limited. After submitting your applications, we will connect you with a representative, who will guide you through the admission process and make sure that you are aware of the curriculum which you have enrolled for. Once you have been accepted and have put down your initial down payment, your spot in the course is secure. Connect with our Admissions team for more details.

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, PayNow and bank transfers. Please email accounts@futurasia.com.sg with any payment-related questions. For PayPal, PayNow and bank transactions, please forward your confirmation page to accounts@futurasia.com.sg.

We understand these courses are a significant financial investment, so we provide several options to ease tuition payment. After submitting a down payment to save your spot in the course, you can choose the instalment plan that’s best for you. 

You can also check with your employer for course reimbursement via employer sponsorship.

Many of our courses are geared toward beginners and no prior knowledge of a subject is required. Our courses attract learners with a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, so we make sure to have additional help available as needed to provide personalized feedback and support.

Sorry about that! Because we want to provide our participants with the optimal learning experience, seats are limited. However, you can sign up for the waitlist in case we have no-shows. We hold many of our popular workshops and events on a regular basis. Subscribe to our weekly newsletter to stay in the loop.

Yes. Sometimes we have no-shows for sold-out workshops and events, so you are more than welcome to swing by a few minutes before start time and see. However, we cannot guarantee you a spot.

In most cases, workshops or courses will be offered again. Check out our website for updates on our latest offerings. Or subscribe to our emails to stay in the loop

Depending on the course that you are enrolled in, you will receive a certificate of completion or certificate of skills. Beside that, you will gain access to a range of development programmes, and are entitled to tuition discounts on future courses and workshops (amounts vary).

After graduation, our alumni become part of a regional community and network whose members are invested in one another’s success. We also provide the tools they need to foster lifelong learning and pursue work they love.

We use the video conferencing platform Zoom, which you can download for all of our online classes.

Simply let us know. We’ll send out a recording of the online course or livestream to everyone who registered.

After each purchase, you’ll receive a receipt to the email you used to make the transaction. If you’re in a country that requires an invoice instead of a purchase receipt, you can email accounts@futurasia.com.sg to request an invoice. Keep in mind, we create these by hand, so it may take a few days to get back to you.

Futurasia courses and workshops are governed by partner-specific requirements that we must comply with regarding refunds. For this reason, our refund policy varies based on the courses and workshops that you are enrolled in.
