The Service Excellence course aims to equip service professionals with the skills and competencies for service excellence.

The competencies at Level 1 (Ambassadors) are designed to help groom service ambassadors to be role models to new entrants, Suitable for Front Office, Operations, Admin, Sales, Customer Service and anyone who wants to go the extra mile as a Service Professional 

For Advanced Certificate in Service Excellence (Champions), competencies include leadership, people and relationship management, and also building and establishing customer relationships, are suitable for Service-related industries’ staff in sales, Supervisors, Managers, Coaches & Directors and aspiring Supervisors and Managers.
