The Service Excellence (Ambassador) Level 1 course aims to equip service professionals with the skills and competencies for service excellence.

Upskill and retrain your employees so that they can learn and develop new skills and strategies to help prepare your businesses for the recovery ahead.

The competencies at this level are designed to help groom service ambassadors to be role models to new entrants. Competencies include leadership, people and relationship management, and also building and establishing customer relationships. Learners will also be introduced to skills in managing customer experience and service innovation.
