Through this WSQ Service Excellence programme, you will develop the core competencies required to provide a truly exceptional service and make a marked impact in your organisation as a service ambassador.

We are partnering with Training Vision Institute to develop the core competencies as a Service Ambassador with the WSQ framework.

Align your performance and service delivery along the organisation’s vision, mission and values

Module 2: Service Planning and Implementation For Ambassadors (16 Hours)
Identify and recognise your role in the organisational process of operational excellence

​Module 3: People and Relationship Management For Ambassadors (16 Hours)
Apply emotional intelligence to diversified and inclusive interactions and challenges

Module 4: Service Excellence For Ambassadors (24 Hours)
Create a winning impression and develop effective communication to ease customer relations

Module 5: Service Challenges For Ambassadors (16 Hours)
Learn to maximise the varying needs and expectations of customers while optimising resources

Module 6: Customer Experience Management For Ambassadors (8 Hours)
Use the right communication and engagement technique via various platforms to create an impression that lasts.

Module 7: Service Innovation For Ambassadors (16 Hours)
Align service gaps with service innovation ideas to create breakthroughs within the organisation and industry

Basic English proficiency (WPL3 and above)

Upon completion of each module, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore.

Attain Certificate in Service Excellence by completing all 7 modules.

Role Play: Learn to smile, greet, welcome customers and develop good service attitude. 

Board Games: Get creative with board games that help students understand the impact that their role and actions have on a company’s service vision.

Service in Action: Students demonstrate serving one another and give constructive feedback on how to improve the customer service experience.

Personal Grooming: Take an active role in ‘Project Runway’ through good grooming and presenting a professional appearance.

Experiential Learning: ‘Shop’ for ideas and spot service innovations in malls.

Written Assessment

  1. Prices are inclusive of GST
  2. Subsidy is subject to student’s eligibility, pending final notification from SkillsFuture Singapore
  3. Students receiving subsidy are responsible to fulfil attendance and examination requirements
  4. Futurasia Professionals and TVI reserves the right to bill the student the full course fee should student fail to be eligible for subsidy
  5. $10 non-refundable admin fee may be applicable
  6. For sessions held at Community Centres/Club, Futurasia Professionals and Training Vision Institute may disclose any information relating to the learner to People’s Association, the Community Centres/Club where the training is held and Employment & Employability Institute Pte Ltd, for the purpose of audits in relation to this course.
