Yvonne Grace Low

As a strategic and creative thinker, Yvonne Grace enjoys using her ability to envisage various scenarios to
address challenges. She acts as fast as she thinks and the concept of status quo irritates her. Articulate and
confident, Yvonne Grace uses her communication strength theme to pique her participants’ interest, challenge
their perspective and inspire them to change.

Gallup Certified Strengths Coach

Yvonne Grace Low is one of Asia’s first Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coaches. As a coach, she helps people discover who they are and why they do what they do with a timely dose of inspiration and motivation.  

It was in 2014 that Yvonne Grace started her journey as one of Asia’s pioneer CliftonStrengths® Coaches. She has since then conducted a series of Strengths Awareness and Leadership Development Workshops for C-suites and directors, managers, executives, school leaders, teachers, research scholars and students. She enjoys helping her clients to discover who they are and why they do what they do.

From the insights they gain, she helps them to move from potential to performance in their personal and work


As a mother of two and a former Head of Department in a government school, Yvonne is now charting her own growth as a business owner and director of several SMEs.

She has countless stories to illustrate the power of strengths and positivity to influence and energize others to grow and excel.

Yvonne Grace has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature and a Further Professional Diploma in Education (FPDE).
