Lead team leaders in the development of business unit strategies, operational plans and corporate governance management to meet organisational needs.

People Change Management For Leaders
Manage change processes which includes facilitating innovation at the workplace, implementing change strategies and processes and evaluating the impact of change.

Organisational Relationship Building For Leaders
Facilitate a culture of open communication and encourage team members to achieve a common purpose in building workplace relationships

People Development For Leaders
Identify team leaders’ skill requirements, facilitate their learning opportunities to enhance performance and coach team leaders to help them develop their skills and gain confidence.

People and Performance Management For Leaders
Develop and implement team plans to meet business objectives, which includes managing team performance to achieve business results and rewarding team performance.

Personal Effectiveness For Leaders
Undertake self-assessment in relation to one’s performance and leadership style, evaluate current and future requirements of one’s work roles and maintain currency of knowledge in required areas of technical and managerial expertise.

Part-Time, 5 months

The part-time programmes are conducted are conducted on weekends or weekdays

Local students

  • 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English OR
  • Higher Nitec in a relevant industry or equivalent OR
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, out of which 2 years should be at supervisory level OR
  • Candidates with other qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

International students

  • Completed Year 12 or official completion of high school in country of origin OR
  • IB diploma OR
  • Pre-university qualifications OR
  • Other private or foreign qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis​​


English requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level English (minimum C6 grade) OR
  • Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing OR
  • IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (applicable for International students) OR
  • A pass in TVI English Admission test
